GLE - under the Truestream brand - has selected the Calix Vantage Support Service to accelerate its Truestream fiber network initiative that will bring advanced services, including gigabit internet, voice, and managed whole home Wi-Fi to its members in northern Michigan.

The fiber network will expand over the next 8-10 years across GLE's 26 county service area in western lower Michigan. By partnering with Calix, GLE expects to reduce its time to deploy new services and reduce deployment risk by leveraging the expertise and experience developed by the Calix team through hundreds of engagements with service providers.

As GLE builds its next generation network on the Calix AXOS E9-2 Intelligent Edge System, the new Calix Vantage Support Service will help them quickly scale their operations, says Calix. The Calix Professional Services team will also help GLE accelerate their network deployment through AXOS Enablement and Wi-Fi Enablement services. These services will support GLE's whole-home and managed Wi-Fi services delivered through Calix GigaCenters804Mesh satellites, and Calix Support Cloud.

Expanding on a foundation of excellent customer support and a member-first mission, has embarked on a fiber network build to enhance the broadband experience for its members.
