V3D, a leading independent software vendor specialized in QoS/QoE (Quality of Service/Quality of Experience) announced a new commercial deal with MTN Nigeria.

Headquartered in Lyon, France, V3D helps carriers network operators to better understand their customers by providing valuable information about Customer Experience and thus to optimize satisfaction of their end-user’s.

Delivered as part of Nokia's global CEM solution, V3D's flagship product EQual One adds a mobile agent technology to Nokia CEM network QoS monitoring and analytics tools allowing to further enrich Customer Experience knowledge with an extensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) coming straight from the end user devices.

EQual One ideally complements network-based solutions with end-user perception indicators providing device-based insights for customer care, troubleshooting, coverage optimization with indoor/outdoor detection, radio network performance evolution or GPS-based instant ticketing and survey capabilities.

With EQual One, mobile Operators can benefit from a global value proposition by easily collecting QoE data directly from subscribers' handsets to gain a better understanding of potential problems and expectations, hence improving the overall customer satisfaction and communication experience, says V3D.
