VimpelCom partners with Radware to introduce “Protection from DDoS attacks”, a new real-time network and application security solution based on Radware’s Attack Mitigation System (AMS) for its business customers. The joint service brings among others, shortest time to protection, widest attack coverage, including mitigation of SSL based attacks and volumetric network attacks that are not available in the legacy defense systems.
According to Radware, DDoS attacks have become increasingly complicated and the legacy systems not only fail to prevent these attacks but often times, become the target. It adds that Radware’s DefensePro® and AMS successfully solve this problem by enabling full automatic protection in seconds.
