Tele2 Russia has worked with Effortel, the mobile virtual network operator and enabler (MVNO/E) to deploy its first MVNO in Russia – TTK Mobile.

The TTK MVNO is a new quad-play offering, taking advantage of Effortel’s ability to integrate complex mobile billing systems across multiple platforms to support converged services on a single invoice.

Effortel’s achievement – and robust MVNE platform – was recognised last week at the annual MVNO World Congress 2018, at which the company won the Best MVNE Award for the second year running. Effortel delivers turn-key telecom solutions that support MVNOs. Its platform provides a fully-managed service including billing, rating, business support systems and CRM.

Launched late last year, TTK Mobile is a full service MVNO delivering voice and data services. In addition, Effortel integrated a complex mobile billing system seamlessly with existing internet, TV, and fixed line services to support a quad-play offering, with subscribers benefitting from a single invoice.

Effortel has a strong track record working with operators and non-telecom brands to launch and manage MVNO services globally. Effortel is working with large cable and internet service providers, as well as with retail brands, banks, fintech and utilities companies to launch and integrate mobile components, deploy MVNOs, and deliver seamless billing integration and management.

Liudvikas Andriulis, CMO, Effortel
Our platform allows operators to integrate complex mobile billing with legacy services to support converged services, and to track and monitor mobile usage in real time to support billing and charging.

Arkadi Panitch, CEO of Effortel
Converged services allow operators to open up new market opportunities, develop a more competitive offering, drive ARPU and reduce churn.
