Mobily, a leading mobile operator in Saudi Arabia has selected Sandvine's machine learning and artificial intelligence analytics solutions to drive closed-loop automation across its infrastructure in order to enhance customer experience.

Mobily will become a flagship customer for Sandvine's emerging automation solutions, and the companies will cooperate on implementing new automated use cases from Sandvine's use case library.

Mobily will work closely with Sandvine's innovation team to prototype and deploy new automation solutions that leverage Active Network Intelligence, Sandvine's unique approach to closed loop automation. With Sandvine's Active Network Intelligence, the network infrastructure can dynamically adapt to the behavior of users and the state of the network by leveraging both machine learning and artificial intelligence powered by the industry's most accurate, granular, and contextual intelligence models.

By working closely with Mobily, Sandvine will improve their analytics and automated trigger models by feeding more data into the analytics engine and measuring the improvements from network adaptations.

These improvements will then aid Sandvine in helping mobile operators to significantly reduce the operational costs, lower the time to market for new service launches, and enable easier scaling for Internet of Things (IoT) deployments.

Maziad Al Harbi, CTO of Mobily
The insight provided by Sandvine will allow us to make smarter business decisions, deliver high-quality services and enable better customer experiences, all while helping us contain costs, make our network more efficient, and rationalize disparate data sources.

Lyn Cantor, President and CEO, Sandvine
By using machine learning analytics and closed-loop automation to identify and adapt to network behavior in real-time, Sandvine will help to drastically alter the economic equation needed for Mobily to meet the expectations of their mobile subscribers.
