TEOCO said it has deployed its Helix Service Assurance solution with a Tier 1 carrier in North America.
The carrier is using TEOCO’s solution to ensure maximum service availability and quality of its new software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN) service for mid-market and enterprise customers, said the Company.
The North American operator is using TEOCO’s Helix Service Assurance solution to meet the demands of the digital enterprise, which now move beyond bandwidth and connectivity, to agile, flexible and dynamic networks that they can control.
The solution is helping the carrier to properly visualize and assure its SD-WAN services end-to-end, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business continuity, while ensuring the CSP delivers the services according to committed service level objectives and SLAs. It also allows it to overcome the challenges brought about by the inherent complexity of the dynamic nature of the newly introduced SD-WAN services.
By deploying TEOCO’s Helix Service Assurance solution the carrier has access to effective proactive management, faster response and resolution processes, improved automation and integration to full closed loop resolutions, as well as added value for customers via self-monitoring.
