GMM Z in Thailand, a subsidiary of GMM Grammy Public Company Limited, the largest entertainment conglomerate in Thailand, awarded Tecnotree, a digital marketplace IT solutions provider, to provide convergent Business Support System (BSS) solution. The solution shall comprise of pre-integrated Tecnotree AgilityTM Convergent Billing, Care and Unified Product Catalogue products, functionality for service provisioning and support for Satellite TV services. The deployment of the solution has already started and it is expected to be operational by the end of first half 2014.
