Orange Completes Acquisition of French Threat Intelligence Services Provider Lexsi Snapshot of Lexsi's Website

Orange announced that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of French threat intelligence services provider, Lexsi through its Orange Business Services entity, Orange Cyberdefence. 

Lexsi specializes in security services, providing audit, consultancy, incident response and cyber security training. The company employs more than 170 experts and has the largest independent incident response team in Europe.  

The aquisition will enable Orange Cyberdefence to become French leader in cyberdefense and a major European player, supporting companies for all of their end-to-end security issues and helping them protect their most valuable assets. Orange Cyberdefense's more than 1,000 employees represent the full range of the operator’s cybersecurity expertise.

Orange has identified cybersecurity as one of its strategic priorities. With this acquisition, Lexsi, the Threat Intelligence Services company, bolsters our ability to detect, analyse and respond to the threat of cyber-attacks and positions us as a major player in this field in Europe.
