According to Symsoft, the acquisition of a controlling interest in Caleo Technologies represents a major leap for the Symsoft product portfolio as well as an important addition of billing and customer care expertise for Symsoft as a company. The company added that the products offered by Caleo Technologies provide an ideal complement to Symsoft's Online Charging & Policy Management products. The combined offering brings a comprehensive customer experience management suite to the market. Caleo Technologies will continue to operate separately under its current name.
