Accanto Systems, an established provider of customer experience management (CEM) and network analytics, has entered into an agreement to buy InstantCEM, an application provider enabling device-based customer experience feedback and operator communication. The acquisition will provide InstantCEM access to Accanto's existing customer base of 20+ Operators, including Orange, Vodafone, Three, MTN and Elisa.

According to Accanto, the combined product portfolio from both companies will form a unique and comprehensive QoE-driven CEM product offering for mobile service providers. Accanto added that with InstantCEM’s mobile device technology, its iCEM solution will be the first OSS CEM toolkit to provide complete customer and network-centric visibility, utilizing crowdsourcing and direct two-way customer communication, combined with Quality of Experience (QoE) analytics for each individual subscriber.
