Aero Communications Buys Fulton Technologies to Strengthen Foothold in the Wireless Industry

Michigan based Aero Communications, a turnkey network deployment services provider to broadband, cable, telecom, and wireless service providers has acquired Fulton Technologies, a Midwest provider of wireless network construction and municipal safety services to strengthen its wireless tower business. In addition to the construction of mobile base station infrastucture, Fulton Technologies also provides site studies, radio frequency interference testing, inventory management, and other support services.

Aero Communications services include engineering, construction, and testing of aerial and underground fiber, small cells, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and cell towers. 

Fulton is Aero's fourth acquisition in twelve months expanding its foothold into the wireless industry.
