MYCOM Acquires OSI to Enhance Service Assurance Portfolio

MYCOM software business, an independent provider of carrier-grade Service and Network Performance solutions has acquired OSI, a Fault Management and Service Impact provider to extend and enhance its market leading Service Assurance product portfolio for Communications Service Providers (CSPs) in an undisclosed transaction. 

The acquisition brings together two well established businesses in adjacent sectors of the Telecom OSS Service Assurance market. MYCOM provides end-to-end multi-domain service and network performance management with its award-winning NIMS-PrOptima™ platform. OSI, provides umbrella fault and service impact management with its market-leading NetExpert™ platform.
