According to Openet, the expanded channel program supports three types of channel partners: equipment vendors, system integrators and solution vendors.  Key benefits include a dedicated alliances team, well-defined joint value propositions, business development support, partner portals, lead generation, sales and technical training, marketing tools and a detailed RACI for each partner to better service their customers.
