Pepsi has introduced its brand-new low-cost 4G LTE P1 Android smartphone coated with the famous soda brand’s round logo in red, white, and blue. The smartphone is sold for $110 at crowdfund site, jd.com in China. It boasts among others, a 1080-pixel screen, 2 gigabytes of RAM, fingerprint sensor, 4G LTE connectivity and WiFi 802.1 b/g/n. The 5.5-inch display screen with full HD resolution smartphone is powered by 1.7GHz MediaTek processor, and features a 13-megapixel(MP) camera as well as 5MP front-facing camera.
The smartphone with dual-SIM slots comes in two standard variant called Pepsi P1, and the FDD-LTE supporting variant called P1s. Manufactured by Shenzhen Scooby Communication, the new smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop wrapped under dido OS 6.1.
