The largest mobile operator in Slovenia, Telekom Slovenije has introduced a special subscription plan for young people under a brand called Dogaja (Happening). The Dogaja subscription plan comes at a subscription fee of €16.95 and includes 10 GB of on-net data allowance, while calls and messaging are charged according to usage (€0.02/min or message), but never more than €4 per month.

The Dogaja subscription plan is available to young people between ages 11 and 31, and will be available between 8 June and 31 August 2016.

After using up the data allowance in Telekom Slovenije's network, data transfer is disabled, and to continue using data services subscribers can opt to purchase additional allowances: 1 GB for €3, 5 GB for €5, or 10 GB for €10.

This is a one-off option within a billing period and lasts until the end of the billing period or permanently, i.e. until cancellation.
