MTN Group Selects ItsOn to Offer Digital Services

MTN Group, Africa's largest mobile operator with more than 230 million customers has selected ItsOn's cloud-based solution to increase subscribers and revenue. The operator will be leveraging on the platform to offer enhanced services and new digital content through a personalized and affordable on-device commerce experience. MTN will start the deployment of the solution in Africa, said ItsOn. 

According to the company, its platform is designed to virtualize and automate key operator business and operational support systems such as billing, charging, rating, policy, activation, marketing and on-device purchases. ItsOn's platform also includes a device application and virtual connected cloud service, which can instantly deliver a number of seamless operator-consumer transactions, including simple discovery of mobile services, contextual commerce offers, easy payment options and loyalty offers.
