India's Reliance Communications has partnered with iPass to allow its subscribers to access iPass' global network of 50 million Wi-Fi hotspots located in airports, hotels, airplanes, restaurants and other public areas. The service will provide a simple and cost-effective way for Reliance customers to have unlimited access to data while traveling abroad. 

Reliance customers can connect to the iPass network through a single log-on, enabling users to access secure global Wi-Fi via smartphones, tablets and laptops. Once the service is activated on a customer's device through the iPass app, the customer take advantage of iPass hotspots in more than 100 countries around the world.

According to iPass, it is estimated that there are 14 million international travelers from India every year, creating a high demand for iPass' convenient and affordable global Wi-Fi service.
