After Apple Store, O2 Germany Adds Direct Carrier Biling to Windows 10 Store

O2 Germany's contract and prepaid customers can now use direct carrier billing to purchase digital content such as apps, games, and music in the new Windows Store for Windows 10. This follows O2 Germany's recent partnership with Apple to launch direct carrier billing for transactions on Apple iTunes & Appstore.

The latest addition enables O2 customers to enjoy the service across all major app stores, from Apple's iBooks Store to Google Play, Blackberry World, Playstation Store and Amazon App Store.

The direct carrier billing service is made available to O2's customers without the need for pre-registration. O2 customers can just visit the Windows Store or any other appstore, and select 'Mobile Phone billing' as their payment method, then enter their O2 phone number to affect the payment for their purchase.
