Polaris Office has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with French mobile operator, Orange to launch paid Polaris Office this year in France and Egypt - the main countries serviced by Orange. The partnership will also see Orange and Polaris expanding the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model into rest of Europe, the Middle East and Africa in 2016.

Polaris Office plans to continuously collaborate on Orange's cloud services, one of its core businesses.

Meanwhile, PC version Polaris Office for Windows is slated to launch this year. Polaris claims that its Office has reached 29 million subscribers worldwide within one and a half years of its release.

Eddie M. Kwak, CEO, Polaris Office
We expect this strategic cooperation with Orange to be a stepping stone for Polaris Office in its quest become a truly global company. Cloud-based office is a new type of business platform that is expected to grow further, and we're excited to see Polaris Office paving the way in this industry.
