At an exciting midnight launch in their flagship store in Muscat Grand Mall as well as in stores in Salalah and Sohar, Ooredoo Oman unveiled Apple's new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus along with new data plans for the devices. The first 10 customers at each store were presented with goodies and had their photos taken and shared on Ooredoo’s popular social media platforms.
Customers purchasing the new iPhones and combining it with one of the value packed Shahry Plans - Shahry Sahra or Shahry Mazeed - will receive 50% extra data for a full year on top of the bundle allowance, said the operator.
For RO 19 per month, Ooredoo’s Shahry plans come with 10GB of free night time data per month to use between 10pm and 8am, 1GB of unrestricted data and 600 national minutes to any network. While, the Shahry Mazeed plan gives 3GB of data on weekdays, plus 10GB data for weekend from Thursday 10pm until Saturday 10pm. It also bundles 1,500 national minutes to any network and unlimited SMS and additional 2,500 Ooredoo-to-Ooredoo minutes during the weekend.
