Zain, a leading mobile telecommunications company in Bahrain has partnered with SLA Mobile to launch Direct Operator Billing within the region. The service, 'Zain Pay', will enable Zain Bahrain’s customers to purchase digital and virtual content via their mobile phone by using their pre-paid credit or by charging the transaction to their post-paid bill.

With this, Zain Bahrain customers can use Zain Pay with major app stores such as Windows Phone Store and Samsung Galaxy Apps as well as local and international merchants.

Zain group plans to expand the service to other countries where they operate and will be making announcements of these rollouts in the coming months.
