The second largest mobile operator in Indnesia, Indosat has signed a collaboration with three main international football clubs within the Italian, Engish and Spanish football leagues - FC Internazionale Milano (Inter), Arsenal FC and FC Barcelona - to provide VAS Content, breaking news and video for football fans in Indonesia. With the partnership, Indosat, which is the official telecom partner in the country for all three clubs, aims to bring the best football content to its football fans.
Indosat's customers will be able to subscribe to exclusive content such as information about the team and individual players, exclusive videos, as well as standing the chance to win merchandise as well as tickets to watch live matches. Indosat also plans to make rechargeable cards with images of the clubs' favorite players as collectors' item.
As part of the Ooredoo group, Indosat also enjoys the cooperation with Paris Saint-German (PSG) in the French league as its brand ambassador. PSG runs "Fans Do Wonders" campaign, helping Ooredoo to spread the spirit of football and inspire the younger generation.
