Etisalat, Saturday launched new roaming plans on its Over-the-Top (OTT) mobile app - C'Me - to extend its voice and video calling experience for customers traveling abroad, promising highly attractive roaming rates. The new OTT app that was launched in May this year allows high-definition (HD) video calls and works over a WiFi or mobile data network.
Etisalat said that with the C'Me app, customers can subscribe to AED 20 weekly or AED 50 monthly packs to enjoy unlimited free inbound C'Me to C'Me voice and video calls while roaming abroad. In addition, roaming outgoing calls from C'Me app made to standard fixed or mobile numbers in the home country, within the country of travel or any other destination globally will be charged at discounted rate of AED2.4 per minute. Customers can also make use of C'Me's video calling features while roaming for the same price, said the Operator.
The operator is also offering a two-month promotion of free C'Me AED20 weekly or AED50 monthly roaming pack to customers who subscribe to Etisalat 's 1GB weekly or 1GB monthly combo roaming packs respectively.
