Sprint is extending its Direct 2 You service to the metro Atlanta area including Marietta, Conyers, Decatur, Roswell, Stockbridge and Lawrenceville, Ga. The Operator, who launched the service in April this year, initially covering Kansas City metropolitan area, plans to roll out to more markets across the country throughout 2015.

Sprint's Direct 2 You, as the service is called, sees Sprint-trained experts travelling to wherever the customer is - home or office - to personally help the customer to start using their new devices. The service is provided to Sprint's customers who have just upgraded to a new device or purchased one, and includes the delivery of the new device to the customer's location. During the delivery, the expert will set up the device and transfer the content including contacts, pictures, videos and apps from their old device to a new one. The experience also includes the Sprint expert performing a tutorial and offering tips to help the customer become familiar with using the new mobile device.
