Warid Telecom Launches First Postpaid Menu over USSD in Pakistan

Warid Telecom has unveiled Pakistan’s first complete Postpaid Menu over USSD to enable its subscribers to easily manage their services without the need to have an Internet connection. Warid subscribers just have to dial *321# for an array of options to pop up on their screen, which can be navigated through by using the number keys.

Aimed at making subscriber services more accessible, the USSD menu allows customers to have a quick, free, and easy access to information, features and services, including account details, Voice/SMS/LTE bundles, activation of Value Added Services and much more. Warid’s new USSD Menu mimics services which are available on Warid’s mobile app “MyWarid”, which allows smartphone and Internet users to access information and services online.

Warid believes that the initiative will greatly improve customer's service experience, making it significantly easier and more convenient for them to manage their subscription and services.
