Telstra is offering a 12-month free membership to Apple Music for its postpaid mobile subscribers who take up the operator's new 12 or 24-month Go Mobile Plan for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Subscribers however, will still pay the data charges for the use of the service.

The Apple Music service which is accessible via the Apple Music app allows Telstra's customers to enjoy streaming music service and access Apple's worldwide live radio station which broadcasts 24 hours a day. Apart from offering a great way for music fans to connect with their favourite artists, Apple Music combines the largest collection of music with programmed playlists for iPhones, iPads, iPods touch, Macs, and PCs.

At the end of the 12-month free membership, customers can continue to enjoy Apple Music and a monthly membership fee of $11.99 will be billed to their Telstra account.
