UK-based Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE), DIGITALK, this week announced that it has been selected by Vodafone to support, host and integrate Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) brands with its network. DIGITALK will offer its service delivery platforms with the applications and integrated management that enable MVNOs to roll out services rapidly and profitably.
According to DIGITALK, Vodafone has adopted its Mobile Cloud, a fully integrated end-to-end solution which allows MVNOs to quickly and efficiently launch a bespoke range of functions, including CRM and billing, supporting pre and post-paid services. The company said that the Mobile Cloud supports the roll-out of targeted promotions and bundles, including customized pre and post-paid billing options. DIGITALK added that MVNOs can also develop a range of value-added services which can be adapted in real-time to meet the specific demands of their customers, including the integrated payment options, CRM, multi-language IVR and voicemail, integrated subscriber messaging, and flexible call routing.
