VIVA, the second biggest mobile operator in Kuwait in terms of subscribers, and an affiliate of Saudi Telecom Co (STC), this week announced that it is the first Operator in Kuwait to introduce the all-new Voice over Long Term Evolution (VoLTE) technology to enable its customers to enjoy HD-like call quality and take part in seamless HD quality video calls and benefit from an overall better experience.
According to VIVA, the rollout of the VoLTE service will enable the Operator to provide its subscribers an integrated and complete voice and data solution that promises uninterrupted voice call and data streaming, and said that it is committed to bringing latest technology for its subscribers. The Operator also highlighted its ongoing investment in its network and services as it expands its reach across the country via more branches and partnerships which enable the Operator to continue expanding its suite of services.
