Philippines's leading communications and multimedia services provider PLDT HOME, in partnership with the leading pay TV provider Cignal Digital TV, has recently launched Triple Play service offerings that include Digital TV service to its broadband customers. PLDT HOME DSL subscribers can now enjoy a three-in-one product bundle which includes reliable family-sized Internet from PLDT HOME DSL, access to digital TV channels from Cignal and PLDT landline connection. With the digital TV access, PLDT HOME DSL subscribers will be able to view 93 digital TV channels from Cignal, including NBA Premium and Cignal-exclusive channel Disney XD when they upgrade or sign up for the Triple Play plan.

In 2014, PLDT said that its home broaband on DSL reached its one-millionth-subscriber mark, effectively emphasizing its leadership in broadband services in the country.

Ariel P. Fermin, EVP and Head of HOME Business, PLDT
All of our products and services are designed to build and fortify the digitally connected Filipino home. As the first Telco to offer digital TV over broadband early last year, the introduction of Triple Plat on PLDT HOME DSL will allow more of our subscribers to access digital channels using their family-sized connection, at an affordable price. This strategic partnership with Cignal will help us level up home entertainment for our subscribers as we establish the strongest connections at home.

Gary Dujali, Vice President and Head of Home Marketing, PLDT
Triple Play will amplify the trusted benefits of PLDT HOME DSL. With this service, we are glad to offer to our customers the best TV programs from Cignal that the whole family can enjoy for as low as P1699 per month or just add P400 on their existing HOME DSL Plan. We are making family sized entertainment more accessible to Filipino homes.
