  • Vodafone Australia has launched Huawei WiFi Cube 4G, a mobile broadband (MBB) device that delivers fast 4G speeds in selected metro areas and connects up to 32 devices at any one time. The new device offers a convenient alternative to fixed broadband internet and purpose built for the modern Australian home and delivers reliable and fast 4G speeds with a WiFi range of up to 200 metres, according to Vodafone. Recent Telsyte research revealed that the average Australian home now has nearly eight devices capable of connecting to the internet.
The Huawei WiFi Cube can be bought outright for AUD159 or on 12 and 24 month contracts starting at $25 per month for 2.5GB of data (equals $0.0078 /MB), with up to 25GB of data available for $90 (equals $0.0035 /MB).

Ben McIntosh, Vodafone’s Director of Sales
the Cube is an ideal solution for any household with multiple devices. These days people might have a smartphone, a tablet, a laptop, a gaming console plus other devices that they want to connect to the internet at the same time, and this makes the Huawei WiFi Cube a great option. We know that customers don’t want the hassles involved in getting fixed-line broadband such as setup costs and delays.
