Mobilink has entered into a partnership with Twitter to offer its customers the Twitter Pulse service, which enables its subscribers to browse twitter.com from their feature or smart phones. Subscribers can access the service via the co-branded Twitter Pulse Homepage which allows users without Twitter accounts to experience twitter trends and follow celebrities, communities and brands. Mobilink has been offering sponsored data for Twitter via its earlier agreement with the social media giant.
Mobilink said that it is the first and only operator in Pakistan to have an agreement with Twitter which is one of the world’s largest social media service. The Mobilink service will allow its users to use the social networking apps/site without incurring any data charges regardless of whether they use the mobile browser or the Twitter app.
