Spanish Operator Movistar announced that it will offer its new Home Insurance in the coming weeks from the Group's insurer, Telefónica Seguros, which has partnered with two of the main references in the sector, SANTALUCÍA and BBVA Allianz.

In this way, Movistar consolidates itself as the operator with the widest range of services, consolidating its diversification and complements other insurance already marketed such as Mobile Insurance, Device Insurance and Business Cyber ​​Insurance.

 

The new insurance has several modalities to adapt to the needs of each client and the characteristics of the home, from the most basic to the most complete, with coverage such as water damage, fire, theft, legal protection or handyman, among others.

This new product can be hired by anyone, whether or not they are a Movistar customer. Several channels have been set up to facilitate the processing and information for clients: through the telephone channel with a service center specialized in Home Insurance; on the movistar.es website, where the customer can at any time calculate the price of their insurance and contract it instantly, and in person at a selection of Movistar stores throughout Spain that will gradually expand.

Movistar has the perfect setting to become the benchmark for customers' digital home and with this new product it is making progress in this regard. We took the first steps with the launch of the first convergent service to which we added the services related to the home related to both digital security with Secure Connection and physical with Movistar Prosegur Alarms and also services for the car and to take care of health at any time.
