Matija discussed among others the trends in the Operator messaging market, the challenges faced by Operators in this segment and ways Operators are enhancing the monetization of their messaging traffic. He touches on the fragmentation in the messaging market, the importance of inter-Operator collaboration and the rise of Rich Communication Services (RCS) as the way forward for Operator messaging business.
