China-based all-in-one payment service platform focusing on cross-border paymentAllPay has released a new product for merchants - Wechat Pay HK e-Wallet, which is now integrated within AllPay's All-in-one payment solution together with Wechat Pay and Alipay from mainland China.

This solution allows customers to make payments in various scenarios in Hong Kong such as taxies, kiosks, supermarkets and chain stores. With AllPay's All-in-one app for QR code payment, merchants, such as Hong Kong-based restaurants, supermarkets, and chain stores, can support payments from wallet users.

The two payment apps Alipay and Wechat Pay offer billions of people an easy way to store and use their money through their mobile phone. In mainland China, Wechat Pay and Alipay are deeply integrated into people's lives. In contrast, cash, credit cards and Octopus cards still act as the main payment methods in Hong Kong. Since more and more visitors are traveling to Hong Kong, the lack of a convenient payment method is affecting the market, because people are less willing to carry large amounts of cash and credit card fraud is a concern.

All-in-one solution for Wechat Pay and Alipay With AllPay's App or static code, merchants can easily accept payments from both Alipay and Wechat Pay as well as the wallet in Hong Kong. A merchant can use AllPay's app to scan the customer QR wallet or have a static QR code from AllPay for the customer to scan and pay.
