PLDT wireless unit Smart Communications (Smart) has launched its e-Load services at the Metro Supermarket Market! in Bonifacio Global City.

This is in line with the partnership roadmap of Smart and Metro Retail Stores Group (MRSGI) that aims to offer quality products and services to more Filipinos in the country.

Under this agreement, Smart, TNT, and Sun subscribers will now be able to avail of the network’s e-Load products at the checkout counters of Metro Supermarket, which currently has 28 branches in the Visayas, Metro Manila, and the rest of Luzon.

Smart and MRSGI have forged their partnership in 2017. As a result, Smart, TNT, and Sun prepaid cards, as well as SIM packs and Smart Bro devices became available in customer service areas of Metro Retail Stores.

This is the latest in a series of partnerships made by Smart to widen its reach and make its services more accessible to its millions of subscribers.

Juan Moreno, Chief Strategy and Governance Officer, MRSGI
This partnership is very important to us because we at Metro are very excited about providing good customer experience. Giving our clients the opportunity to load their Smart mobile phones through our point-of-sale terminals adds to that unique and convenient shopping experience that we always want to provide our customers.

Precy Katigbak, VP and Head of National Key Accounts, Smart
I am pleased with this continued partnership of Smart with Metro Retail as we launch our e-Load products in the supermarket. This is a testament of our commitment to provide simple, caring, and epic services to our subscribers, even as they do their grocery shopping at Metro Supermarket.
