At the TMForum’s Digital Transformation Asia which took place in Kuala Lumpur in November 2018, Drew Jordan, Senior Director, Products, Innovation Lab at Sigma Systems spoke to The Fast Mode on innovation in the Business Support Systems (BSS) space and how this is critical in supporting Communication Service Providers (CSPs) in creating, rolling out and managing new product and service portfolios for their customers. Drew Jordan also spoke about Sigma’s involvement in TMForum’s Catalyst program and shares some insights on how the program has allowed the company to continuously enhance its solutions to better meet the needs of its CSP customers.
