Tango, Luxembourg's second largest mobile network operator (MNO) announced that it will launch VoLTE and VoWiFi this month, reported Chronicle.lu.

The Operator said it received VoLTE and VoWIFI certification after 12 months of planning. "These VoLTE and VoWIFI certifications are the result of the work of our entire team. Conscious of many advantages of these solutions, we now wish to integrate them into all of our mobile subscriptions at no extra charge. Our subscribers with a compatible smartphone will all be able to benefit from this breakthrough free of charge," concludes Luis Camara from Tango.

Du to Launch VoLTE in 4th Quarter

du, UAE's second largest telecom is set to launch its VoLTE service in the fourth quarter of this year, reported Gulfnews. Marwan Bin Shakar, vice-president for telco infrastructure planning at du, told Gulf News that VoLTE service has been fully implemented on its network and the service is under final assessment.
