Singtel said it will offer data-free streaming with Apple Music, the world’s fastest-growing music streaming service.

The new data-free streaming service adds on to Singtel Music which was launched in 2016 offering customers music from popular providers like Spotify, KKBOX, AMPed and MeRadio, with zero local data charges. Singtel Music starts from $4.90/mth.

The first data-free tie-up with Apple Music in Singapore, the service is available to Singtel postpaid mobile customers from tomorrow at a subscription fee of S$9.98 per month. New and re-contracting customers who sign up for the service will enjoy 6 months subscription absolutely free with no minimum contract.  

Apple Music offers subscribers an incredible catalog of more than 45 million songs, combined with their entire iTunes library, which consumers can stream or download for offline listening all completely ad-free.

Subscribers can also create their own playlists or discover new ones curated by Apple Music, and share music with their friends. In addition, listeners will also get a daily mix of recommended music based on their preferences, listen to radio stations from every genre, and watch exclusive music videos, documentaries and concerts from their favorite artists.

Apple Music also includes Beats 1, a global live stream of radio shows. Singtel’s data-free Apple Music is available on iOS and Android devices, including Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular).
