STC represented by its Enterprise Unit signed the first agreement of its kind with Oracle to provide in-country cloud computing services to government and enterprises in Saudi Arabia.

The service will enable data storage at the highest levels of information security within the country through a private cloud between the two companies, said STC.

The service is targeted for all sectors and enterprises, including small and medium enterprises. It increases productivity and enables enterprises to focus on their core areas and to fully rely on their data and programs and systems in the cloud.
