Vietnamese operator, FPT Telecom has launched a 1Gbps Internet service package for consumers in Hanoi and also Ho Chi Minh City.
Operating on the optical fiber infrastructure along with the device applying superior technology, this service allows users to access Internet speed faster 100 times than the average one in Vietnam, said the Operator.
In addition, the new package also offers users other integrated entertainment services on the Internet platform namely FPT TV including free 3 sets of HD Box decoders, free Special Extra service package, VTVcab HD SVOD Fim+ movie package, SVOD Danet on the first 3 decoders, and free maximal 04 movies TVOD per month for a subscriber.
The 1Gbps service package also will enable FPT TV ready to accommodate 4K television service in future.
The launch is seen as a proactive step for FPT Telecom to utilize its optical fiber infrastructure, technology and human resource into developing services and products in the high segmentation to orient and bolster the market, as well as bring different experiences for domestic users.
