The partnership between navigation app Waze and music streaming app Spotify brings the perfect-in car experience to their users on the road with great music and easy navigating go hand in hand.

Google's Waze announced its new feature to allow its users to navigate with Waze within Spotify and access their favourite Spotify playlists from Waze. This is good news to everyone especially both Waze and Spotify users.

Users can play thier favourite playlists in the car using the new feature in Waze app while you are trapped in heavy traffic. With the best directions and playlists in ones car – all on the same screen, it will make your commute, next road trip or even a traffic jam more relaxed.

This new feature will roll out to Android users around the world over the next few weeks, said the company. Once it is all set up, selected music will play automatically when the journey begins. As a measured safety feature, Wazers can browse their playlists when the vehicle is at a complete stop.

Two years back, Uber, an international ridesharing service, joined forces with Spotify to enable users to remotely control the music that plays through their Uber’s speakers. This means that instead of having to listen to the cab driver's choice of music, customers can select and play what they like from the available playlists. On top on this, they can also control the volume or turn off the audio all together.

More recently, Spotify joined forces with Tinder, a location-based social search mobile app to release "Anthems," the feature that allows users to sync their music streaming service account to the dating app to display their favorite songs on their profiles.
