Sprint announced a matching unlimited plan that was just launched by Verizon which includes HD-quality streaming video and 10GB of mobile hotspot per month. This includes unlimited data, calls, and text for $22.50 per line for four lines, that’s 50 percent less than Verizon’s newly announced plan, said Sprint.

Verizon's plan starts at $80 per month for an individual line, or $45 per line for a group of four. T-Mobile had also earlier launched a similar plan, The One Plan that offers a single line at about $70 and four lines for $40 per line for group of four.

Customers can sign up for the new unlimited plan with Sprint AutoPay and get the first line for $50/month and two to four lines for $90/month. As part of this offer, customers who switch to Sprint can also lease the iconic iPhone 7 for 18 months for $0 monthly payments with a qualifying device trade-in.

Sprint claims that with more than 160MHz of 2.5GHz spectrum in the top 100 US markets, Sprint has more spectrum than any other carrier across the nation to cater for this.

Marcelo Claure, President & CEO, Sprint
Only Sprint can offer the best price for unlimited – 50 percent off Verizon and AT&T unlimited plans – and a network that can handle the data demands to meet customers’ needs. Our unmatched spectrum position gives us a clear competitive advantage in a high-capacity unlimited world.
