Windstream Acquires Chicago-based Fixed Wireless Provider Business Only Broadband

Windstream,  a leading provider of advanced network communications, including cloud computing and managed services, Wednesday announced that it has acquired Chicago-based Business Only Broadband, a fixed wireless enterprise services provider with operations in Chicago, New York City, northern New Jersey and Milwaukee. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Business Only Broadband operates as a broadband network services provider offering customers high-bandwidth, enterprise-class Ethernet and networking solutions. According to Windstream, the company plans to expand the Business Only Broadband network into additional markets beginning in 2015 to help businesses meet their broadband needs.
