Orange Polska has sold its subsidiary Orange Real Estate, which deals with property management to General Property.

The sale results from the Orange strategy to focus on main activity of the company.

Orange Real Estate which has 350 employee provides comprehensive technical maintenance services, investment and renovation, fire safety and real estate management and administration. On the day of the transaction, the company will return to its historic name OPCO Sp. z o. o

General Property and Orange Real Estate are leaders in the market of Facility Management services in Poland. Both entities provide outsourcing solutions for the commercial real estate market, as well as infrastructure and technical installations of buildings. The new owner assumes further development of the business activity of the purchased company and its integration within the General Property Group. The cooperation of both companies in one capital group will significantly increase their operational capacity.
