Telia Company acquires AinaCom, a Finnish provider of ICT services to enterprise customers.

The acquisition will further strengthen Telia Company’s position as a leading national partner for ICT services in Finland.

AinaCom Oy provides business customers with voice, mobile, network and IT solutions, including connections and has approximately 60 employees. In 2017 AinaCom reported net sales of EUR 15.5 million and an adjusted EBITDA of minus EUR 0.4 million.
