Leading telecoms and digital services provider PLDT said it has continued to post double-digit growth in the enterprise segment in the first half of the year, buoyed by data and broadband services which accounted for nearly 60% of enterprise revenues.

PLDT reported over P15 billion(~$USD310 million) in revenues from its enterprise business during the first half, a 10% increase from the same period last year following its aggressive roll out of enterprise data-driven services and solutions. PLDT’s  enterprise revenues from data and broadband services jumped by 23% year-on-year to over P9 billion in the first half with mobile internet revenues surging by 121% during the period.

Consolidated corporate data and data center revenues also bolstered the growth in the enterprise segment posting a 17% year-on-year increase to P8 billion(~$USD170 million) as PLDT continued to expand its data center services.
