Telecom Italia announced a number of senior management appointments for its Consumer, Business and Technology groups.
Stefano Azzi will be heading the Consumer & Small Enterprise division, while Giovanni Ferigo is tasked to be the Head of the Technology group that was ealier led by Giuseppe Roberto Opilio. The Information Technology which was under the Technology group will now be transferred into the Special Projects, which will be headed by Francesco Micheli. Lorenzo Forina will be the Head of Business & Top Clients, formerly ICT Solutions & Service Platforms that was headed by Simone Battiferri.
The Consumer & Small Enterprise Market Department was previously held on an interim basis by the Chief Executive Officer, Flavio Cattaneo.
Stefano Azzi and Giovanni Ferigo hold 9,176 and 15,652 ordinary shares respectively in Telecom Italia, while Lorenzo Forina does not hold any company shares.
