Astellia Astellia

According to an article published in ZDNet, the Australian Federal Police (AFP) wants to build network forensics expertise harnessing deep packet inspection (DPI) technology that is capable of processing data as encapsulated by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute's ETSI 102 232 format for lawfully-intercepted communications.  The Request For Tender (RFT) among others specifies requirement to capture IPv4 or IPv6 TCP/IP traffic in PCAP format, analyse flows of information at 10Gbps, identify services and applications at layer 7 and identify Anti-Virus and Malware.
