The research points to the value operators can derive via these platforms, which will enable them to offer customised bundles that can encourage spending and improve subscriber retention. With increasingcompetition from OTT services and the widespread deployment of the LTE, CSPs that can bring to market more targeted, pre-packaged bundles will be able to reap the most revenues by encouraging higher persubcriber data usage and thus, recouping revenue losses from traditional voice and text.
