Mobile churn rateTecnotree, a global provider of telecom IT solutions for the management of products, customers and revenue, released a White Paper entitled ’Operator perspective on bundling, monetisation and loyalty’ highlighting the need for more granular, easy-to-deploy and well-integrated BSS/OSS platforms across CSPs in the coming months. The research points to the value operators can derive via these platforms, which will enable them to offer customised bundles that can encourage spending and improve subscriber retention. With increasingcompetition from OTT services and the widespread

deployment of the LTE, CSPs that can bring to market more targeted, pre-packaged bundles will be able to reap the most revenues by encouraging higher persubcriber data usage and thus, recouping revenue losses from traditional voice and text.

Timo Ahomäki, Chief Technology Officer at Tecnotree comments, "CSPs are demanding more versatility in the telco market to offer more compelling personalised packages. In this economic environment, not to mention the challenge from OTT players means that when a CSP makes a decision, it needs an OSS/BSS provider that can deliver flexibility and versatility, and rapid deployment. That is why Tecnotree concentrates on creating a platform for all CSPs that guarantees a personalised service and drives customer loyalty."
