The new Optus My Mobile Broadband suite of plans “gives customers assurance over their plan with a flat cost for additional data, usage alerts, improved self-service online and rewards for holding multiple products,” says Vicki Brady, Managing Director, Customer.

“Optus is focused on delivering a brilliant experience and to help achieve this goal, we’ve listened to our customers and revamped our mobile broadband plans to focus more on what our customers want. We understand our plans have been too complex in the past and believe the new Optus My Mobile Broadband plans address our customers’ needs for simpler options, more flexibility and fewer surprises at bill time.”
